Yes get a smoke tube or two. I light mine with a Bernz-a-Matic stand them up to burn like a candle for a few minutes blow the flame out and let them smoke. Keep them on the no flame side of the grill so they don't ignite. I use them in my gas grill if I don't feel like cleaning the pellet grill. They are excellent for cold smoking cheese, in the cold.Question:
