Long distance rifle rec. AZ or elsewhere

Hi, I've read some of the older threads and there doesn't seem to be a common three recommended builders. Hoping to find someone in AZ but out of state is fine.
I'm looking to buy a custom rifle for big game hunting long range capable. Out to 800-1000. Will be back country hunting so weight is a consideration. Xbolts seem to come up a lot for stock rifles. GAP custom. Any advice would be appreciated. Thinking 7mm PRC.

I have used BMF rifles here in AZ, he does great work! I had him check out my CA ridgeline in 300wm. To which he lengthened the freebore to run the 215s and did a bunch of cerakote. He's up in the Northwest Valley
