Dusted with seasonings. In a pan with country bobs steak sauce, soy sauce, and a few pads of butter.

I can take Jalapeno pepper heat but my brother cut a tiny piece off of a ghost pepper with gloves on and put it in a relish and blended it all together for 3 minutes and it was still too hot to eat.
I have heard some peppers can give a person a heart attack!Not Jalapeno's though

2" thick Waygu New York strip.

Reverse seared with post oak. Seared on cast iron flat skillet lightly coated in duck fat.

I do like hot peppers, but I don't mess with the ones that are painful to eat. I like spice but don't like to crap fire
