Got the boneless chicken breasts but will replace at least a small amount of the cream cheese with pepper Jack cheese.
Love what he did with the Brussel Sprouts and bacon also and won't change that.

First attempt at the chicken bombs .

The store didn't have the pre-sliced chicken, had to cut down the breast, not the same. Hard to roll and I put too much filling inside.

Smoking now. 2.5 hrs @ 250. Hope to eat around 5. At 4 I'll flip, at 5 I'll cover in BBQ sauce, then another 30 minutes.

Bacon an anything makes it better.I bet these are the best.
Some people can't take heat (like jalapenos) in their foods,I'm not one of those!
