Packrat, thanks for the welcome. I have laughed a lot reading this thread. Just call me slow. I get my counseling on the target and the carcass. And I have had a major shortage on carcasses here of any kind, but I like reading about hunting hogs. Keep them pictures coming.

WHAT! your wife liked them too?........Must have totally missed my mark then. Been meaning to ask, what are you using to get the hogs in bunches like that...Penning them and machine gunning them down? You have more hogs on the ground that I've seen in a bunch except for when we first started hunting them down SW of San Antonio. Not saying they aren't there, just that we can't see them in bunches in the heavy brush.
Also, what did your part time help do with the 2 hogs he trapped and hauled off? Been wondering about that since you told the story. Can you trap a few and send them out to where djones is trying to hunt them?....It's getting kind of embarrassing that he starts this thread, then shoots out his entire area and has to photo shop your pictures instead of his own.....LOL.....Better yet just trap a few and let him come over and shoot a couple.

Pictures are mainly by djones and Coy Franks so don't have much control over them. I only get to hunt hogs a couple times a year and for about 10 years, we have just shot them and hauled the larger ones to the gut pile. Never thought of taking pictures of them, so have limited photo's available. BUT, should have some pictures by Snox coming in pretty soon, maybe on this thread, maybe on his own. Maybe Coy has a few more of his to post.
Just keep watching. Here, will post a picture of an Axis deer I got a few years ago just so I don't feel left out.....LOL
Anyway, Great Grandkids are waking up, so got to feed the little walking garbage disposals. Will try to get back later.
Might get to post a story later about when I first started hunting hogs later. Will have to wait and see what the family has planned for today. Will take a little time to write it up.
