No kidding. Is this happening with .30 cal bullets? They actually make both .308 and .310's so I wonder if somewhere they could be getting mixed of if someone might have a setting off?I haven't seen that in mine, but its always a good idea. The biggest issue i have seen is the ELDX tend to be oversize which seems to be more of a problem. I think the amax has at least as long a bearing surface. I would DEFINITELY recommend checking the eldx for diameter as a couple tenths can raise pressures considerably.

Anyone having that issue should contact them and send the oversized bullets back for them to look at so they can trace it down.
Nothing will hurt you faster like an unexpected overpressure and with the "normal" pressures a lot of us work at all the time pushing loads, an oversized bullet could push it way, way beyond what is safe and could blow a lightweight barrel.
