about 71 in the 7mmWhat's the SST capacity?
So if a bullet isn't chewing into powder space on the 7SAUM, it should run a heavy bullet about like the SS if it's in a medium action like a Tikka.ADG brass:

SS is a little faster than a saum, but not too much in a longer action. Yes, the Max is here and MEGA in JanuarySo if a bullet isn't chewing into powder space on the 7SAUM, it should run a heavy bullet about like the SS if it's in a medium action like a Tikka.
It also makes the case to jump up to the MAX or MEGA if you have the COAL to do so. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Max currently has headstamped fully fire formed brass, and the MEGA is coming soon?
Went and did pressure testing for N565 and 180's today.
60 gr 2772
61 gr 2855
62 gr 2904
63 gr 2943
64 gr 3030 slight ejector mark
65 gr 3065 ejector mark

Virginia brass, the extra energy to form it to your chamber may be slowing it down some, also if you actually have a fast barrel, you could end up with a higher powder charge and a little more velocity before pressure. I bet you will be in the same ballpark, just my thoughts.Only shots 56-61 but **** ……do I have a slow barrel??
Labradar used for speed
Not giving up yet…… still have to get the rest of this box through and get 100 firings on this barrel. Even though it's vagina brass, it was the fully formed stuff already but I still like to fire it to mirror chamber. Doubt it'd loose much velocity but who knows. Experience was the same with 570. 69.8g of 570 averaged low about 2830.Virginia brass, the extra energy to form it to your chamber may be slowing it down some, also if you actually have a fast barrel, you could end up with a higher powder charge and a little more velocity before pressure. I think Ive discovered your problem:Not giving up yet…… still have to get the rest of this box through and get 100 firings on this barrel. Not the 151, but here is the 170.......Wondering if any 7 Max shooters have tried the PVA 151 grain Cayuga? If so, what you found for accuracy, seating depth and other load data, etc. Have some on the way……
