Before we start, the powder isn’t magical. It does exactly what they advertise it to do. It is an ok replacement for H1000 if you need it.

Just putting this out in case anyone wanted to try the powder out. I tried it so that I can have multiple powders for my rifle in case times get hard in the future for powder availability. This powder will work. So for my 7 PRC, I am using N560 and now I know I can get a decent load with Ramshot Grand as well.

Yessir. I just threw the loads together last night. The load data from Hodgdon was actually spot on for the max load. I showed pressure immediately 70 to 70.5. They had max at 69.9 I do believe.

that is the warmest that I have ever tested loads in. I hate shooting in hot weather because of the mirage and the barrel cool down times are longer. I usually do my load development in the winter haha.

I like doing that also. You definately have to revisit when the weather cools.

You can always keep your rounds in a cooler when heading to the range to simulate cooler conditions. Take out one round at a time and shoot.
