Just below freezing here and dropping. Ice storm tonight with 1/2" ice. Dropping to single digits with snow next. I need to load shells if I can get the garage warm enough with a little space heater. Pretty nasty front.

I put thermometer in reloading room. 47 degrees. Screw that. Up to 5 degrees outside .

You've got a cold reloading room! We don't have heat in the basement, reloading area, and we're sitting at 55. That makes it 3 degrees cooler than our upstairs bedroom!

Here's a bear track from about 10 years back, a fresh skiff of snow (we were only a few minutes behind the bear). For reference....that's a size 13, insulated hunting boot. The Alaska boys may giggle at that track, but, for around here....it's pretty respectable! memtb

Just my HO...Shoot a 50 dessert before you buy one....massive grips not comfortable for anyone with regular size hands, much shorter cartridge so the 50 benefit is lost...

My 454 Casull in a Taurus Raging Bull with 8 3/8 barrel with magnaports is a joy to shoot with hot loads! But it is a 5 shot revolver and 4lbs!

They do need love.....it's just the grip that they oversized out of proportion! Not comfortable...but very SCARY!
