What is the rifle you passed by that you regret not buying

I regret not purchasing a Ruger Number 1 in 22-250. I have been kicking myself ever since.

Just wish I had picked up a Garand and M14 when they were really affordable. Same goes for a Molot Vepr in 7.62 x 51 and 6.5 Grendel while we could still import them. My dad also sold a nice K 98 that I would love to have back.

A buddy had left with me an un-shot Rem M700. Stainless fluted varmint rifle with a factory hs stock in 220 swift. Late 90's manufactured I believe. He wanted me to scope it but eventually he lost interest and a few years went by. Then offered to me and for some reason I passed. He eventually decided to have me scope it up. Thing shot single hole groups with factory stuff. Sweet rig.

I passed up a 7-08AI 700 Ti with dies and brass for I think $1200 over a decade ago. That was my factory dream rifle, but didn't have the cash at the time.
