Moose or Bison from the past as they were bigger. I'd use my 30 06 180 to 220-grain, but the clincher is I'd have someone who could use everything from the animals as they did way back when.

Actually they are about half way between a spotted owl and a whooping crane. But they could taste different in OK due to the dust.
