300 win has to be my all around favourite cartridge.

In one Rem 700, 140g Nosler ballistic tips shoot a group less than 3/8" with 58gH4831 with CCI 250's, small at 300 yards also.

Medium range -300yds 6.5 Grendel or 25-06

Longer range -800yds 300prc

Extreme long range +800yds I use Danner boots and walk towards the animal lol

This year, I have several "favorites" ready for use in different scenarios. For stuff out on one of the farms in the 350-400 yard range, it will be the Cooper Jackson Game .25-06 with a 117 Sierra Gameking. Close proximity shots in my back woods, the .35 Rem (Marlin 336) will get the nod. If I'm feeling in touch with my feminine side, shooting out of the house with fuzzy slippers, it will be the Cooper Custom Classic in .243 and an 85 grain Sierra Gameking.
