This transaction took place about an hour ago?? Maybe he's waiting to get the confirmation of the funds. Or maybe give him time to get to the post office to ship the item and obtain a track # ?

So, the guy, C416R, joined in 2012 and has a zero trader rating, and very little posting activity. Seems odd he would run a scam for a measly $60 but I really hope you either get your brass or get your money back. Since he still shows as active have you filed a trader rating for this transaction to warn others? Best of luck.

You seem to be jumping to conclusions because someone used the word scam.

Something is not right with @ByronP calling scam on a transaction that isn't 12 hours old.

Thank you for your honesty in editing your post to correctly reflect facts.

Your correction supports the point of my replies.

You didn't someone but else did publish people's public information posted because "google up". It is always "improper" to publish personal information even if it can be gotten by "google up". Google isn't perfect. Innocent until found guilty, properly.

Conclusions based on "SCAM" being in the title in opposition to the facts.

BTW: I'm chill. It's other people that need to "take it down a notch".

The reason for this reply is that this entire thread makes me worry about being a seller. Will I be attacked, accused, tried and convicted of being a scammer if the buyer doesn't get his stuff in 20 minutes? Exaggeration because I now believe the OP was exaggerating.

I have always been a buyer and on this forum, never ever had any problems. It's not important but it was on an old user id that got hacked between mid 2019 and mid 2025. The admins have not told me what happened.
