What's everyone's favorite caliber for deer hunting?
My favorite is the 264 win.
I have three brothers their favorites are the 243win 6.5x55 and 308 win

2506 or 270wsm lots killed pinpoint accuracy

I have always used my 308. 168 grain Hornady HP BT bullet in my Howa heavy barrel 1500 mountain rifle.

Until I purchased my 25-06 my go to rifle for deer was my pre-64 Model 70 in 30-06 shooting 150 grain Sierra
Game King bullets.
In my 25-06 I use 117-120 Sierra Game Kings. When I hunt deer with this rifle, Ruger 77 tang safety, I never feel under gunned or over gunned. Works well for antelope also.
