thats a stable enough position.Prone and from a bipod.
Rise Armament w/ a 3.5 lbs pull weight. It's nice. What trigger are you using?
I could see using a brand of ammo that the rifle didn't particularly care for and getting 2 moa groups……but FIVE MINUTE groups? I'd NEVER, EVER try to sell a barrel that consistently shot this bad.If it doesnt, sell it.
nice, your no rookie you know how to shoot.Rise Armament w/ a 3.5 lbs pull weight. It's nice.
well that escalated quickly...I'll put another brand or two of ammo through it, but I'm not gonna expect much after what the borescope showed. I've got the "online order form" for X-Caliber already filled out.
Yeah, I haven't hit the "submit order" button yet, but I'm sure I will before it's all said and done.well that escalated quickly...
Pics are too blurryHey folks! Tell me what you think you see in these photos regarding the inside of the barrel. The only info I'll give initially is that this is an 18" 6.5 Grendel barrel from Palmetto State Armory. If the quality of the pics makes it difficult I apologize…..I was taking pics of the screen images with my cell phone. The FIRST pic is the throat…

Uh, no….that was my Gunsmith wearing those. He's a "gun doctor".Are you a DR?
Hit it and be done with it. But then you have to assemble the upper.Yeah, I haven't hit the "submit order" button yet, but I'm sure I will before it's all said and done.
I already have actually. My gunsmith recommended an X-Caliber barrel (because of his experience with them), but I'm not familiar with them. I priced one through Lilja and McGowen, but dang they're proud of their prices!check out Grendelhunter. Where I bought my upper complete. They use Satern barrels, I read mixed reviews on them
Yeah, I have no idea. I bought it with allegedly 100 rounds on it. I can't help but be somewhat skeptical…Not saying that your firearm was not broke in and then fired properly.
Nah, I'd be happy with 1.0 -1.5 moa from a gas gun. I wouldn't think that's asking too much.We see this all the time where someone gets a SBR or AR and wants to get sub <0.5" accuracy.
