Can anyone help with the size and length required for the roll pin that retains the ejector on a Bergara B14 Hunter? Or maybe point me in the right direction?

Should the roll pin be slightly over-sized?
Roll pins are often called tension pins and should be an interference fit. That's why they are split and have tapered ends. A starter punch is always a good idea (punch with a hole in the business end that fits the pin) followed by a roll pin punch. Keeps from buggering up or spreading the end of the pin you are beating on. Find the right size with a set of numbered drill bits.
