I'd think it is the M107A1. I picked up a M82A1 a while back and was told that it was not designed for a suppressor. I've heard of people putting a suppressor on them, but it voids the warranty.

Sorry I haven't been around to heckle you, but busier than a Goldfish in a shark tank at lunchtime. Trying to get out of here to take the Subaru to my kids in Washington State.
seems everything is conspiring against me to get on the road. Even had a SR. VP fly in
this morning to try and talk me into taking over the San Antonio contract on a permanent basis. Area is nice, just not sure i want to live there within range of djones .50....

Too bad that you can't get the full auto w/the same set-up, do they make a stabilizer? Wonder what you could do then.
If there was such a thing you could probably be a rich man around here. With all the flooding hitting the low country now they have to be on high ground (farmers fields that are drained). They have said Our P-nut crop is gone for all intents and purpose's, so you know that the farmers want to get them when they can. The rules here are just so screwed up and restrictive. I guess they have to be, we have more than our share of (I can't think of a word/s that can be put here)....well, you know. Keep up the good work.
If you had a .30 with that set-up it would be cheaper.

You have a couple of options. The best option with cord is from UNV. Tell them the unit you are using and they will add the correct cord. The Ultimate Source for Night Vision and Thermal Imaging Rentals and Sales. Their units have a mic and when you do the setup, you need to turn ON the internal mic in order to have sound.
The other option is getting something through ebay and then finding a tech guru to make a proper cable for you.
Oh, and the third option is to get a DVR from Armasight. If you get an Armasight brand unit, it won't have sound.
I need to point out that none of the units I have seen made by anybody are actually recoil rated. They seem to hold up alright to .308. I don't know that anyone has tested them higher than that or for how long they will work at that level.
