We used rl16 in our 27" barrel with wlrm primers and the 143g Hammer Hunter at a vel of 3213 fps. Load finished at 56g. Of course start lower and work up.

Have you loaded any of the 155's in the 280 ai?

Only on game I've had so far was a Michigan whitetail. Hit no ribs or bone and sprayed blood everywhere. Lungs were gone missed the heart. Worked better than I thought for no bone Contact.

I sure will be doing that might be a real good choice. Lots of good reviews on them. Just maybe they will be cheaper than the $114 Berger 250s

I'll let you know how the 260's work out in the 338 SS my rifle is currently at Hammer Bullets for load development with them.
