factory 7mm prc rifle

Really depends on budget and use. Can you provide more information?

Mostly hunting, target shooting or both? Suppressed, braked, or neither?

Lots of good suggestions in this thread - personally I've had good luck with Fierce and Tikka, but Bergara, Christiansen Arms, Seekins, Browning, and more also have good reputations. Really comes down to what you want and what you want to spend. The astonishing thing about modern cartridges and rifles is how well they shoot from 'budget' rifles all the way up.

I don't understand why we don't read the post from the OP. She clearly stated that she doesn't have the budget for most of what has been recommended and that a Howa or Vanguard is in her budget. I don't think there is a Vanguard in 7prc but Howa makes them. Seekins and Browning Pro xbolt are certainly good rifles but more than twice the cost of a Vanguard or Howa. She seems to know what she wants for cartridge so a good rifle in her general budget would be helpful. That's just me trying to actually respond to her

OMR(semi custom), Tikka, Remington Alpha 1. Accuracy.
I have a OMR prefit barrel in 7 prc(jk, it's a 7mag 8T, before the 7 prc came out) and it's very good, .427 moa at 300 yards.
I like what Remington did with the Alpha 1 and I'VE never gotten a Remy that didnt shoot .625 moa or better with handloads. Tikkas's are always accurate. And nowadays McMillan sells stocks for tikka.
OMR now sells whole rifle packages(shouldered barrels, no barrel nut) which you can pick stocks, colors and barrel specs to. This group was shot with my OMR prefit (remage) 7mag 8T 26" barrel. 2919 fps AV, ES is 15.
Lee the owner of OMR is a nice guy, him or his wife answer the phone. It's gonna cost more but worth it and your supporting a family business that has great CS. I am getting another OMR remage barrel this spring, a 33 nosler. Anywhere you see SS in 2nd pic can now be ceracoted any color you want, including the action and break. OMR uses button pulled match SS blanks to make their CF barrels to your specs- lengh, twist and caliber. It took 2.5 months to get my 1st barrel, so leade times are reasonable. View attachment 635673
I have OMR stocks on my 7PRC you can check with unknown munitions they have a lot tikka rifles and hells canyon handle them as will I use a lot of there parts and barrels

I own a couple of 7mm Rem Mags. Back when I used to shoot " standard projectiles" with lead cores, they always did great with 160 and even 175 grain bullets. Now, however, I like to shoot monos, I've tried to use the 175 gr LRX Barnes bullets, they are a bit too long to stabilize. I'm sure that there are other lead core bullets that are exceeding the stabilization capacity of 1:9.5 twist of the standard Rem Mag. I found this a bit disappointing, and I think that's about the only advantage of the 7PRC. I fixed this problem in my arsenal by purchasing a Browning X-Bolt in 28 Nosler which has a 1:8" twist. Shoots the 175 LRX lights out, and could go lots longer, I'm sure if the spirit moved me. Of course you can get a custom barrel for the 7 Rem Mag, but by the time you look at the barrel costs, and the gunsmithing involved, you might as well shop for deals on the Browning 28 Nos. It comes with a nice muzzle brake as well.
