Well, last part of the puzzle is here - now just need a chance to assemble and get some rounds loaded. Travis set a record on this one, less than a week from order to in hand! Not sure if that is a good or bad thing

Great, I'm still waiting for JGS to send it, they told me 12-16 weeks in December.

Not a good day to be first time out, but nevertheless - here it is. As you can tell I forgot targets and had to make do LOL. Very windy at times, but got some new brass started and learned a thing or two.
Ran from 54.5 all the way to 57.5gr H1000 with no pressure signs. No chrono today though.
Maybe Saturday.....

Oh - 6 PRC 109 hybrids, 210M primer, 2.875" coal - est. .030" off in new Lapua.

Yes sir, new Lapua. I opted to go new vs. some 1-2 fired on your advice - probably a good move. A friend has a new Garmin, maybe get some numbers over it Saturday.

I've only tested H4831SC so far because I like how consistent and clean burning it is.

I shot the 115 VLD's about 3050fps with 52gr. and staying under pressure. They shot really well.

And lately I've been testing the 105 VLD T's. They are shooting 3200fps with 54gr.

Seems like it's going to be an easy shooting rifle, super fun cartridge. I have a 9 twist barrel coming now to test some 90gr. bullets also.

How much headroom do you have above that speed? I know @lancetkenyon has his 6 Creed running almost 3200 - not sure how close he is running to the edge either though.

What length barrel on the 6 creed and what powder?

At mid 50's powder charge vs the low to mid 40's of the creed case, the prc should have a significant velocity gap over the 6 creed at higher velocities
