Have spent just a little time behind this cartridge now. Rifle was built by TS Custom.

KS1 Adjustable Stock
Bartlein 7.5 twist 24" Rem Varmint
Lone peak Fuzion Alpine cut
M5 with hinged floor plate
March FX 4.5-28X52

I've only tested H4831SC so far because I like how consistent and clean burning it is.

I shot the 115 VLD's about 3050fps with 52gr. and staying under pressure. They shot really well.

And lately I've been testing the 105 VLD T's. They are shooting 3200fps with 54gr.

Seems like it's going to be an easy shooting rifle, super fun cartridge. I have a 9 twist barrel coming now to test some 90gr. bullets also.

These were a recent load of 105 VLDT's

Looks like a fin cartridge to have. I wouldn't mind a 7-6.5prc or just a 7saum due to less powder than wsm and coal limits I'd have.
Building a 7/6.5 prc and a 25/6.5 prc for the exact same reasons .

My 6/6.5 is getting 3140 with 115 DTACS. This was after a fire, formed the brass twice and finished load development.

For all my necking up and down with my Creedmoor and 6.5 PRC cases I have found nothing works better than the Short Action Customs dies and bushings.

I use the SAC PRC sizing die also. Excellent die!!

What powder and charge weight were you using for the 115 DTACs?

I have everything on order for a 6mm SAUM improved(UM), including the reamer from JGS but getting lukewarm now, not sure I want to go through fire forming and expend all the components during these times. I'll likely go 25 PRC, saum or SST, still deciding.

What size bushing, brass type and size mandrel do you use?
it's a .270 bushing for peterson brass, and I use a nitride madrel that I believe is .001 under bullet diameter.
Great looking rifles and good shooting!!
Thank you!

I went with 6PRC because I already had the sizing and seating dies and didn't want to fire form either honestly.

I went straight 6saum because I loathe forming brass. 277nk 225k freebore for the nose ringed dtacs.
