6.5 PRC.

View attachment 127079 Is it wrong to post a non-custom but slightly customized rifle? I haven't gone down the custom route but if I did I think it would be with the Lone Peak Razor TI, Christensen Arms carbon wrapped barrel with titanium side port brake (support the locals) in a Manners EH1 midnight camo stock.

Another one of my babies:
Christensen Arms Ridgeline 6.5 PRC in a Mesa Precision Arms Altitude CF/camo CA titanium side port brake clocked without the crush washer.
Talley one piece mounts.
Vortex Razor HD AMG.
Total weight 7lbs unloaded.
Is the Mesa Precision Stock a pound and a half lighter than the factory stock?

Gun 6.5 lbs
Scope 1.8 lbs
Rings 0.3 lbs

Total = 8.6 lbs

I had posted my Tikka 6.5 Rem Mag here earlier, now I'm posting my model 7 in 6.5 Rem Mag. It has about 12-1/4" lop for my wife. It's also a switch barrel in of course 350 Rem Mag. It has a 3-9x40 vx11 Leupold and my bullet of choice is the 125gr Nosler partition at 3000fps. View attachment 169998

AFTER...

I need to get a better picture on range day...working on some 25-06 cases right now!

I know my thread had just about had me talked into another 6.5 Creedmoor, but I was able to push away from that table.

6.5-06 A-SQUARE Criterion barrel.

Tikka t3 long action, Mesa altitude stock, HCA hvy hunter 26" 1:7.5 barrel in 6.5 saum, throated around 150, 298 neck, HCA billet Tikka magazine, mbm ti beast brake, sterk ti bolt handle, Hawkins 25moa rings, vx6hd 3-18x44 but that's gonna change. Weighs 8.7# scoped.
Do the Hawkins rings come with the level?
