Pictures of big heavy longrange rifles -let's see them.

Probably shouldn't have sold this one. Freakishly accurate 300NM built by GAP. 18lbs.

I was thinking heavy hitters. I have a heavy LR steel and moderate range deer rifle too.

.416-.375 RUM 340 CEB's at 3000 FPS. 400 A-Frames at 2675 with silky smooth extraction. The 340's have over 2500ft/lbs at a thousand. I need a long range scope for it to stretch it past 300 yards but it shoots bug holes. Here it is.

375 Cheytac
Proof 30"
T4A Elite
12 lbs
Not real heavy but hopefully does the job. Vestal should be shipping it to me by the end of the week.
That's awesome!
Did you go with the 1.45" action? Mine is the 1.6" so I wouldn't feel guilty of hanging a 12+ lb barrel off of it. Wondering how much lighter your stock is than mine, bigger McMillan A-5.
Don't know if I want to go any lighter, headed out now to fireform some Snipetac brass with a standard Cheytac load and 350 Matchkings. I'll have a good idea how recoil will be (at least a minimum) with full on loads and 375 grainers.

1.450
Stock is 3 lbs even
Recoil is probably going to be heavy on the lightweight Cheytac. T5 Terminator should tame it down

12lb cheytec? No thanks!! I need to keep my right shoulder in place. ;)

That's a beautiful rifle though. Well done.

I shot some mild-ish loads today to fire form so brass (which isn't quite working out). The recoil of a 350 Matchking at around 2850 fps wasn't bad at all with the brake on, I was spotting my hits at 500 yards with ease. I fired it without the scope to simulate what yours will probably weigh once you get optics on it (about 14.5 lbs) and it still wasn't bad. Slapped my suppressor on it and recoil increase dramatically over the brake.
