63gns of powder seems like an extremly hot load for the 280 ackley imp and a 175gn bullet. Which powder are you refering to? If i get anything close to that with the ELD-X 175 I will be thrilled. I have a 26 inch krieger 9 twist, and nosler shows 7828 as their most accurate powder in that bullet weight albeit with the 175 ABLR. Its no where close to 63 gns. More like 58.5 with 96% load density. I know load weight can change significantly between powders but 4.5 gns is a lot.

Powders I have on hand is H4831sc, IMR7828, H4350, R17, R26
