The question dosent allow me to pick the rifle i want to buy next so ill put my imput in a post the next rifle i want to buy is going to be a Mcmillan 338-378 this gun will push a 250 grain pill over 3100 fps now thats what i call a BEAST!!!!!!! gun)

Just bought a left hand Rem700 LA 300WM and ordered a new Kreiger barrel in 338 Cal for my new rifle build. it'll be a 338 Edge. (300 Ultra Mag necked up to 338). Also ordering a McMillian HTG/M40A1 stock, extended magazine box, and a muzzlebreak.

Gruning Precision will be building the rifle. Which will include their pinned 30 MOA steel one piece base and tactical rings.

Well, 7mm Remington Magnum wasn't there. So, if I had to have but one it would be a 300 WM and there's nothing I couldn't do with it.

Well,I just received shipment of my new rifle....It's a Savage Model 10 Max-1 Predator.
Caliber is 6.5 Creedmoor.

Two new ones soon!! 358 win. in a Rugger 77 if I can find one, if not same cal in a Mauser 98 with a custom bbl out of Ore. Build my own stock (I am a lefty). Number 2, 8mm/06 40 deg Ackley Improved on a Mauser action maby bull bbl mayby not set trig for shure, again carve my own wood.. Six mo. from now 35 whalen 28" heavy bbl on a 17 Winchester Enfield action set trigger with a shoe.. When I'm done with the load workup and satisfied with the scopes on these three, a 22 savage hipower in a single shot custom bbl Rugger. All of the above are improvments on toys from my misspent youth except the single shot 22 was in a Winchester Hi sidewall.

Currentlt have 3 irons in my fire.
.423" using the 376Styer case, having to swage down Hornady 444 Marling bullets for this one. Built on a Voere 98 Mauser. Just waiting for the reamer from Dave Manson.
Next is the 20VarTarg, on a Sako L461 action, need a barrel for that one from Maddco.
And to finish 376Styer. Great case, sadly under expoited. Got the chambered stainless barrel from PacNor, looking for a stainless Win 70 to finish the job.
Also have a 376 Styer reamer with removable pilot for sale when I'm done with it

Yeah, I do like the 7mm too,
Been thinking about a WSM but don't like the feed issues.
Might try a 284. Great case, feed well and a little exotic
