Who's successfuly using imr 8133?

Well IMR-8133 isn't gonna be an option for my 338 terminator
(338 Lapua improved with plus P throat)
I started my test loads at 103.0 grains, pushing a 300 grain Berger Elite hunter.
**All loads had a stiff bolt lift.**
103.0- 2998fps, 3008fps, 2975fps.
104.0- 3019fps
105.0- 3034fps
Testing discontinued...
This powder doesn't produce desired speeds and showed pressure signs throughout
(For comparison RE-33 at 109/110grains were 3060/3086fps respectively with no pressure signs)

This powder has been out for a little while. I have only heard of a few people using it. Some of those with success and some without great results. I'm just curious as to why It seems like it hasn't gained as much popularity as slower burn rate powders like retumbo & h1000. I have 4 different rifles that should favor it's burn rate. Could some of you fellows could share your experience with it? Good or bad.
I have used it in the following 3 cartridges:
26 Nosler: OK results but not spectacular. Several bullet combinations. Still get better results with US869.
30 Nosler: Similar results to the cartridge mentioned above. Better results with H1000.
300 WM: Good results with a couple different 200G bullets.
With that said, it is very clean burning. Plan to work more with it in a couple other rifles.
Its worth a try for sure.

I think I'm going to land on 91 grains with 300 Norma Improved. Shot this today and 1" at 300 a few weeks ago. I found it to be pretty dirty myself. 215 Berger 3130 FPS.

While velocity closer to or over 3200 would be nice, you can not begin to complain about accuracy on a setup like that! Good shooting, how were SD's and ES?

I tried H1000. Small accuracy window around same velocity. To get to 3200 and over you need N570 and maybe N565. My
Barrel really speed up so I was wanting something with a little more fill. H1000 was around 87 grains for 3125. Might try it again. But 3125 with a 215 is plenty fast for my hunting needs. Read about another person reaching around 3100 with standard 300 Norma and 215s with 8133. Think he was around 89

I have 15 rounds to get some more numbers on. But looking back over the last 20 or so it was close to 15fps Es.

I shoot a 6.5-284 and normally use either retumbo or reloder 26. Both of these are not available anywhere near my area. Is 8133 something I should try? Thanks!

Last week started with 8133 in the 300 Win Mag, looking to use it for 200 plus grain bullets. Started with WW Brass CCI-250 primers, and 200 grain ELD-X. Was very consistent (started with 77 grains and worked up to 80) with no pressure signs. I havent measured velocity yet but I like it. Will be trying the 200 grain Accubonds and possibly some heavier Bergers (215) or 212 ELD-X. I tried H1000 and RETUMBO previously but less than stellar results.
