Interesting. I have never tried more than 180 grns in my 30.06. Mine is a M70 CRF, about 1996
I found the N560 is the optimum powder for the 215 Hybrids, though RL17 gave the same velocity and precision. The short bearing surface of the 215s works in their favor to attain 2800 out of the 28 inch Krieger.

My best is the newest built rifle I have…but my Kimber 8400 Select in 300WM comes with me every time out due to its lightweight. My custom Win Model 70 EW weighs only a quarter pound more and it comes with me too.
I have too many to have a best.

My stainless Ruger #1A in 6.5×55 is my favorite, my best is probably my Webly & Scott 7mm-08 (with AAA fancy quilted maple stock).
