Headspace gauges. Barrel and or action wrenches. Check the bolt face. I don't remember what the face size is for the 26 nosler, and it's not my job to look it up. A vice. Probably a gunsmith/machinist depending what type of barrel you get.
If you try to use a barrel nut, then you will need a chassis or stock big enough to clear it.
If you use a regular barrel then the headspace is set off the shoulder. At that point you might as well upgrade the recoil lug, pin it, and maybe blue print.
Basically, the same process you would need for a 700.
