Pre-64 264 Win Mag with 130 accubonds.
There is nothing like a pre-64 Winchester! My 30-06 also shoots great with 165 Accubonds. I've owned it forever and will never part with it.

I had a pre 64 that I got traded out of and have regretted it ever since!

I have a 30-06 transition that loves the 165 TSX over 47.5 of IMR 4064 - Taken many deer with that gun. Huge Pre 64 fan here too! There is nothing like a pre-64 Winchester! My 30-06 also shoots great with 165 Accubonds. I've owned it forever and will never part with it.

Time period before switching the tooling... Type II (1947 to 1948 SN 60500 - 87700) or type III (1948 to 1963 SN 87700 - 581471 )What's a transition? I assume a Winchester model 70??
