Texas made monolithic bullets ...

Had nothing to do with being threatened.
I have no stack in hammer.
What happened was bullet was posted and questions where asked. Also some speculation, very similar to how every bullet starts out. I'm old enough to remember the same type happening to the atip when it came out. When someone questions or comments on it they get ripped for swinging from hammers undercarriage.
That simply isn't the case. I in fact think these look great. I'm probably not alone in the fact that if I could find a bullet that kills like a hammer but does indeed have a better bc. Not just a guess but a better bc. I would indeed buy all of them not hammers.
How is that any worse or different than feenix doing the opposite and taking all these new bullets at face value.
Most important part you said is they are not out. So no one knows.
I hope they are better than what we have then we all win. But go back and read my above post. Someone is projecting onto other things they did not do or say. The part about me not leaving it alone tells you all you need. Someone has a very deep anti hammer stance and its glaring with that post. Either that or he reads my post and doesn't actually listen to what I say. I'm very clear about my stance and open to new things. I've started late in my hunting career and can tell you I have changed bullet makers over 5 different times when new options are out. Do I have bias yep, I know what works for me. Do I have devote brand loyalty, nope.

I will agree 100% as threatened is a childish and juvenile word to use, as snox said, no one is threatened we have found a product that IMO as well as many others works very efficiently and that's why I choose to use it. Hundreds of on game results and load data here and yet everyone gets all giddy over a bullet that has been around for sometime now and no one has shot, I'll have some on the way to test and guess what, If its better than a Hammer, I'm with snox and that's what I'll be using and guess what, Steve, Brian and I will still be friends. As for the accusations that I'm biased because 5 of my friends sent me a 6.5 Beanmoor to all in good fun put me in a pickle and build a fire under my backside that I will never get put out,. I will say to you, You have absolutely no clue as to the caliber of men that they are and what they stand for or what they mean to me, and you have not the first inkling what you are talking about Now with that being said I think it's great that there is completion and wish all them the very best and I sincerely hope they succeed, our family business started in a two car garage with one CNC Mill so once again yes I hope they conquer the world

I never accused anyone of being bought!
I try to choose my words carefully, even when I poke fun on someone like @ButterBean . I know when I had questions, he gave me his number to call him when I need help. Very few are that ready to help.
Also read comment #176 what I said about Steve.."always ready to help"
I understand supproting a product you tested and liked, its how a feel about Accubond Partitions, but I also loaded TSX and TTSX. At the time I did not know about "boutique" bullet makers. When I am able to test again, I will test Hammers, and a few others.
I always welcome innovation, or w'd all be walking around shooless.
I just couldn't understand so much about something Not on the market! I just thank Len for the "unwatch", click it and walk away....life is good

I just think that is easier said than done. Butterbean, you have to know that a strong endorsement of any other bullet, especially a mono, from you and SNOX801 and any other hammer mega fan will have a huge impact on your buddy Steve's business. If these cavity back bullets end up performing significantly better than a hammer, are you going to hop on thread and recommend them? If somebody asks an opinion on hammer bullers vs CBB are you going to suggest to them that they should go with CBB? If he and Brian are close friends as you suggest, I don't see how you could do that to them. I couldn't and wouldnt do that to a close friend. That is all I was pointing out. Surely you can recognize this. The fact that you became so defensive about it further proves my point. I am not attacking character, I am pointing out an obvious bias that impacts your ability to have an objective viewpoint on a competing bullet.

Bud I'll try anything and if it works I'll let you know, as for Steve and Brian I assure you that they would expect nothing less from me, once again you know about a fourth of what you think you do, No offence intended, And I'm not endorsing anything, they work for me

Here we go again. 🤬
Hey man, come join me for a cup....

I can guarantee I will. Go back a few years and read about me singing praises to cutting edge bullets. Before that it was Barnes. I knew the owner of cutting edge in a customer way same as I do Steve. Do I still shoot some yep because they have a higher bc. They always have. I simply found the hammers perform better on game. So I switched.
This is how I have been the whole time. Pretty consistent even back when I knew very little about long range and folks here help me with my .257 Roy. Even set me straight a bunch of times.
I think is simply am tired of when something new comes out and we naturally want to compare to what we know and trust for a unit of measure, in my case hammers. We get all kinds of hate. Just read above and you will see most posts are pretty open and assumptions are cast my way non the less.

Hey man, come join me for a cup....

Quick question to those that drink that stuff does it mix well with scotch?

Hey man, come join me for a cup....

Brother, I'd love to. Cheers!

I started the thread with the best intentions, and there is nothing wrong with it; it's the destructive and unnecessary injects that ruin it. This thread is supposed to be an information sharing about an upcoming bullet, but it turned into another Hammer thread/****ing contest as usual.

But did you really think it wouldn't go this way, after the Montana thread.😉
