Terminal performance wise or just accurate? Do they open up good? They work great in my sons 25 wssm
Both, he's shooting the 100gr with varget. He has dropped a couple mule deer now with it from 100 to 200 yards. Never found and bullet or parts of a bullet yet but it seems to work just as good as his sisters 25 wssm shooting the 117gr Cayugas.Terminal performance wise or just accurate? Do they open up good?
Can't argue with real world data! Thanks. Both, he's shooting the 100gr with varget. He has dropped a couple mule deer now with it from 100 to 200 yards. Never found and bullet or parts of a bullet yet but it seems to work just as good as his sisters 25 wssm shooting the 117gr Cayugas.
I have a picture of his sisters doe she shot up hill a little over 100 yards. I'll PM you if you want. Can't argue with real world data! Thanks.
The CE Lazer appears to be a bore rider design. It just has a very small band around it to create a gas seal. I've not noticed any additional pressure signs over any other mono that I have shot.
The Badlands has just one large relief groove in it that is more subtle than say the cuts in a Barnes or Hammer bullet. That said I normally use higher start pressures in QL when working up loads but it's not seemed to be necessary.
