I got a standing rib roast (9-10 lbs) the other day. Plan on smoking it on Christmas.
Got me a pork roll n cheese sandwich for now. lolGot hungry again just thinking about it.

As I've done numerous times, got the smoker up to temperature, placed my meat, and walked away. Well not today.
Placed my meat, set my timers, and submitted to a Christmas nap. Well needless to say, I went to check on it, and the smoker threw an error code that it overheated. Everything in the smoker was cold. I felt like the "Old Man" from the Christmas story when his turkey fell on the floor and the Bumpus Hounds were in the kitchen.
Anyways, it's in the oven know! F
