Sherman light (not for drinking)

Here is the first major piece of the puzzle. Manners EH-4 in Midnight Camo. Light as a feather and short! Bigngreen is already ordering shades of pewter cerrakote for the barrel. Should look pretty sweet with the Titanium Razor action (coming soon). The fluted Brux should also be here in Feb. ........Rich

Rich,
What's the wait time on the stock?

I have the stock! I weighed everything I have except the barrel and it weighs 72oz. Depending on how we doctor the barrel, it should come in at about 36oz. which makes the rifle FIELD READY minus a sling, at 6 3/4 lbs. Here is the trigger.

One thing I have noticed with my lightweight 6.5ss when shooting is that there is a considerable amount of torque with the rifle. Mine took a while to develop a technique to become accurate.
Yours might be different.

The best shooters I know who run super light rigs pretty much free recoil. Hadn't thought of it before but for a right handed shooter a left twist bartlein would be more favorable with torque issues.

I think they're afraid the bbl would unscrew itself:) I've often wondered that myself. What effects would that play on spin drift?
