Russian Primers

Federal 210M and CCI BR2s offer similar performance but the Tulas tend to have harder cups so proper, consistent full depth seating becomes a little more important. Uniform pockets and you should be GTG.

With the SR primer cartridges, I'm only shooting 5.56/223 and no ball powders but use the KVB223M anyway.

I don't see anyone with LR in stock either. They were at Powder Valley, IIRC, 2 or 3 weeks ago. Check GunBot.

I check GunBot every day and night. Seems like Wolf are the only ones available now. I'll have to wait I suppose.
Thanks Bill

I always uniform the pockets on all new brass I buy. Makes pocket clean-up easier also. Thanks for all your input Bill

I won't use either. They area colder primer. Lots of guys have hangfires or misfires with them. Especially with slow burning powders. Lots of match shooters use them. Go to 6 BR and ask that question. You will get more answers. Matt

Went to the other site. Got some replies that were a little more help.
Thanks for the advise

Spare those Tula primers for the day that the primer pockets of those cases become stretched. I had a batch of cases of which the primer pockets become stretched after several reloads. I had then used the Old batch of Winchesters which were a few thousands larger than the other brands I got. By doing so I can reload those cases a few times again.

ssshhh,That is a secret. Another reason I want them but I am going to get a large amount this time.
The 1000 I bought 2 months ago are nearly gone. I will get plenty this time!

Thanks.

I've use both , no difference over crono, and lowest SD using them.
I purchased 30,000 wolf when avail a few yrs. ago, and then had to switch to Tula
and as I said, no dif.

I thank you and everyone who posted here. Seems there is a division of the troops on this topic.
First respond was about buying American to save jobs. Some say they are the same. Some have a preference. At any rate, I will wait out the delay for the TULA. Like I said in the beginning, it is a choice. THANKS TO ALL WHO RESPONDED. ............ LARRY
