I don't think Carlos hathcock or anyone who writes a book about their escapades can be fully trusted or cited as a source of reliable information.

Found a lot of 40lb IEDs and when we got back to the FOB the soldiers were saying 200lbs.

I'm voting mil for the base 10 simplicity. But then again as long as there's no cross use like I was originally taught….I'll deal with it. Seriously, I could never wrap my head around an optic with a mil reticle and moa turrets.

Started out with moa , years later switched to mils, but's always use Kentucky windage when needed.
So mils.

MILs guy because that's what all my friends seem to shoot. Its easier to communicate with everyone on the same page.

3/10 or 6/20ths is good enough for 4 quarters for 1moa. Learn it all just in case the need arises!
