Because they NEED to be part of the whole, afraid of being the nail above the rest, want of acceptance to conform! Peer pressure, what ever handle you chose to use!

But all big game is an acquired taste...if you haven't had it..it smells horrible..very messy to clean..heavy to pack out..and could give 'any out of state hunter severe diarrhea'....not good for your systems.......stick to whitetail and pigs...wolf will be there soon enough.....i hear coyote taste like chicken....

Do you have the right to speak out! I start every conversation with I was raise a Kennedy liberal ( which I was ) and I can talk politics events etc with anyone somewhat rational as long as I they believe me to be liberal . Say you voted for Trump with that same group of people and now your the village idiot! I watch it happen so many times ! Maintain your a Dem and you can even get the Nazi's ( Dem liberals ) to hear you!

I was referring to the posts where people apologize for their opinions or for being political. I was referring to the conversation we are having here.

Who runs your state government? If its liberal , dont hold your breath while waiting for a wolf season. Look at actions on how things are handled in your state, because feel good words from politicians aren't worth the toilet paper they are written on. If you live in a liberal run state , anti hunters run you government, period. If you want a wolf season, better vote red in your local states upcoming elections .

I'm sorry. I tried to let this go but everytime I see your post I think about how wrong it feels. Evil is bad intent, the desire to do harm to another on the deepest level, the opposite of good and wholesome. Hate can be a dislike of the weather today ! Hate used in the place of evil is a dilution of a very powerful word that should have a permanent place in current vocabulary . Evil is a word that carrys a heavy weight for situations that warrant its use .

lots of people have problems with right vs wrong, and try to replace an absolute standard of morality with the PC humanistic parody of "tolerance vs hate". Ps14:1

Wolves do not kill for fun/sport, they kill to survive. I've come upon 2 wolf kills, that weren't eaten, they were scared off from their kill by us or another predator.

I bet your dog doesn't chase animals for fun either. Dogs chase animals because they are starving, therefore anyone who owns a dog must be charged with cruelty to animals if their animal chases something....there can be no other reason for it. After all, why would a tame dog chase an animal for fun but a wolf would not?

This is the problem with statistics. They can be made to seem like something they are not. Wolves, are not all over Idaho. Narrow it down to where they are located and post those statistics.

Well sorry to inform you.....but having seen a floored graph showing populations of wolves well be for and years after intro.....you can basically take a drive anywhere in the Rockies of Idaho and there are wolves....as i live in southeastern...and they are moving from the eastern range in a westerly direction and are or were just over the mountain form pocatello a couple months ago.....hell..that doesn't mean they havent already been here and circled back.....a lab on the porch of the house attacked in the city of malad 3 years ago......by wolves......there are no rules for where they can and can't be.....park lines don't stop them..statelines don't stop them..fences don't stop them....hell...the Columbia River didn't stop them.....they are too numerous...and proliferating like rats(and whitetail deer).....i prefer the deer...[/QUOTE]
So you are saying that there are packs of wolves everywhere in Idaho....well then some counties must have a lot more food besides deer and elk to eat. Why is it that in some areas they eat a lot of elk/deer and in some they don't? Here is a clue...there are not packs of wolves all over. They are in certain areas and will spread. My point was that where they are, they eat lots of deer and elk so the stats are messed up when the report is that wolves are only responsible for 1% of the mortality rate. If there were established packs all over they would be responsible for a lot more than that, and they will be when they continue to spread.
