My lightest is 6.5 it is a 6.5creed, my heaviest is 15 lbs. 300RUM.
I like a 9 to 11Lbs.gun in a Magnum.

Tikka altralite in 3006, it starts out light but bipods, scope and can add up fast!
Tikka lite in 6.6Sweede no can but bipod, sling and scope
CZ 527 in 6.5 grendel handy little antelope rifle
The 20" AR in 6.5 Grendel is heavier than i like but effective...looking to build a 16" light barreled upper to try
The last couple of years have favored the two than can use a suppressor. The extra weight is worth it!

The main 2 that I carry are 7mm wsm and a 300 wm both by Oregon gunsmithing. Scoped and ready to go (no ammo). The weight of the 300 Is just under 8 lbs. I'd have to go weigh the 7mm again but it is under 7 lbs.

I was into the light rifle trend for awhile, but found that shoot-ability is more important than lightweight. My lightest is 7.2 pounds scoped and that's for a 6.5 PRC…a lighter recoiling rifle for me. My .375 HH is 8.5 pounds scoped and that one shoots real good for me. I'm having a .300 PRC built now that I would have to think will weigh 9-ish pounds scoped.

300nmi =11lbs 14 oz
7 Saum = 10lbs 14 oz suppressed
7 prc =9lbs 14 oz suppressed
25 creed = 9lbs 4 oz.
For me shootability needs to be paramount and weight secondary. My 7 Saum is definitely the best balance of this in my book. I'm not worried carrying 11lbs anywhere and I'm comfortable to distances I'd never shoot an animal at with that weight.

I wear the seat out of my pants glassing, rather than the soles of my boots in a SW desert. I think I manage these in a medium weight well enough for shooting in open country.

Heaviest, Savage 338 win mag, 8.75lbs.
Lightest, Kimber 280 AI, 7 Lbs, scoped and full of ammo.

7.5-10.5lbs across 5 different rifles. For me the sweetspot between portability, ease of carry, and shootability is around 8-9lbs scoped.
Any one of my rem 700 mountain rifles in 280 rem
My 280ai came in at 7 lbs 4 Oz bare
So scoped and suppressed it should be about 9.5 . Not to bad for a 26 inch barrel and a can on the end.
On the heavy side is my 7-08 it's a brux # 5 at 26 inches and has a 5x25x56 atacr on top so it's a tank at north of 15/16 pounds .
