Spray One Shot onto cases in a gallon ziplock bag. Shake around, spray again, shake them up. Dump out onto a tray or small cardboard box to air dry. It just takes a min.

What kind of shoulder bump consistency are you seeing with this method?

Less than 0.001, like many others. It's hard to even measure with calipers. I anneal every time, Forster FL sizer custom honed neck no expander, use a Qtip w/OneShot to lube inside necks, and expand with a turning arbor. Never had a stuck case.

I get similar results with Imperial wax, it just takes more effort to apply. Just needs a very small amount, I suspect most folks with inconsistency use way too much and/or don't anneal.
