Thanks for all the info. Ive been reloading since I was a kid, and have probably 30+ years or more of sound practical experience, and never had this issue. After reading everyone's comments, speaking with an older brother and talking to a couple of gunsmith friends of my son, I concluded my issue was probably a sizing issue and nothing else. My mistake!
After getting home from work last night, I decided to start the process over, and run the remaining previously fired cases through the same dies as the others. I took my time, made sure to set everything up as before, and then run the first case. I got out the gun and PRESTO, the empty case fit. I repeated the process with another case, presto, it fit. I went back and forth through the process to insure everything was correct and ever case that I ran, fit perfectly. I ran a total of 30+ cases through the resizing process and low and behold, they all fit the chamber and the bolt closed just fine. I even went so far as to pull the bullets from the cases that didn't fit, resize them, and they fit. Again, my mistake the first time.
So to conclude, I really do appreciate everyone's input, this is what makes this forum so great. I'm not the most handsome guy there is but the last thing that I wanted to do was blow my face off. Even someone like myself, who takes his time, does his research, reads the manuals and double checks EVERYTHING, still makes mistakes! I'm just a hunter and part-time shooting enthusiast, it's always better to look for advice in matters such as this.
Again,
Thank you
