I hate gunbroker so much 🤦‍♂️🤮😡 idk why people fele the need to keep going on and on and on lol 😒

An awful lot of people defend that stuff and just refer to it as free enterprise. IMO, it's mostly local dealers who sell under a fake name to hide their identity. Using their business name wouldn't be too good for future business.

Agreed. Sad. "Free enterprise" excuse sets the future for all of us to lose. Obviously

Yeah I'm getting super tired of people saying that corporate monopolies manipulating supply, and controlling prices is just Capitolism..
It's really pretty scary that our politicians are being paid off by corporate America, and killing small businesses by passing legislation making it harder for little guys, and start ups to compete.
Just look at Vista Outdoors cornering the primer market.

People keep paying stupid prices for stuff, People were paying north of $300.00 per thousand for primers at the beginning of this current situation, Just Dumb! I have went through several of these shortage situations and it's caused by stupid people that think it's the end of the world and they better stock up at ridiculous prices rather than waiting for the prices to come down, They never come down to what they were, But powder is down to around $40.00 a pound and is in stock at my local ACE Hardware, People were paying $100.00 per pound like fools.

Now is the time to stock up at $40.00 per pound for powder, I don't think it's going any lower due to inflation. The ATM known as a refi to most is no longer feasible due to high interest rates, That's why things are coming into stock, People can't afford to borrow anymore.

Already having a 284 Win, 7 SAUM and 280AI, and all doing whatever I need... I'm the least bit interested in the 7PRC.
Although I think it will make a fine cartridge, I'd have too many in the same league.
Being very interested in the 284 Win I am interested in your rifle setup and opinions on performance of the cartridge ?

Remington 700 Long Action (not blueprinted) with Wilson #4 SS 9 twist cut 26" chambered in 284 Win with no-turn (.318) neck and long (.220 I think) freebore.
A record holding F/Open competitor who builds his own competition rifles chambered it with his reamer to seat 180 Hybrid bullets past the neck/shoulder junction.
I had the bolt fluted and barrel spiral fluted with a shallow slow twist groove and cerakoted.
Installed a TriggerTech Special and bedded in a Manners EH1.
Shoots like a competition rifle with an unbelievable cold bore at 600.

What's your load and mv with the 180s and 26"?

Last time I checked...It was at or just a hair under 2800fps with H4350 at the edge of pressure. I'll have to check my book on load data. It also shoots 162 ELDX very well in the upper 2800's with 4350 and no pressure.
I since have gotten some RL23 that I use in 280 AI but haven't yet had time to try it in 284.
H4831 worked well also but stayed with H4350 since I had a long range target rifle that shot it well too.

I recently got some 168 ABLR that I plan to make an all around (do it all) load with that I think will fit the 284 very well for short or long range.

How did you acquire those? Should be around 80K or better PSI. Would be interesting to know the velocity!!
