I'm trying to decide on one of these three scopes;

Trijicon Accupoint 2.5-12.5x42mm with green illuminated dot duplex,

Zeiss V4 4-16x44mm with a standard duplex and non-capped elevation turret,

Nightforce 3-10x42mm with illuminated Forceplex reticle.

All three have 30mm tubes and are of similar size, weight and magnification.

For up to 300yds deer/elk on a 280ai.

Input appreciated,
Thank you

Don't complicate it unnecessarily; at 300Y, any of them will work. Pick one and enjoy.

Agree any of those will work, I have owned all three although the Zeiss 4 I haven't. But have had four Zeiss scope and still have two but the glass on all my Zeiss is very good. The Nightforce and Trijicon are builded like tanks! Pick one and start your fun!!!

I've owned about every brand of scope there is and will not own any thing but nightforce after by brother dropped my rifle from a tree stand (20ish feet) and it hit a log on ground. Sent it to them and it was 100 % ok besides a ding on the elevation turret and the bell had a ding in it. They are tough and I tend to be rough on things.

I have had a nightforce shv 3-10 and I currently have a Ziess v4 on my 280ai, have not used the trijicon but out of the nightforce and the zeiss, I like the zeiss better. To my eyes glass is better on the zeiss and I prefer the exposed elevation turret on the zeiss, and I think it's probably lighter but not sure.
