Glad its coming together Huntinful
Thanks bro!! I think the next range trip focusing on 96gr. will give me some real solid data!I learned long time ago dont force gun to shoot what you want it to shoot youll save money and barrel life with that in your mind.
. Hopefully it'll starting shooting in the .4-.6's now hahahaya gone and did it.. you went and cleaned all the JUJU out of that barrel!!
Deer and elk. And I expect myself to be 100% confident with this rifle out 900 yards with the Hammers if I can get them to shoot like they need to for that kind of confidence.I'm curious at what ranges do you expect shots to be with these bullets? What animal, elk, whitetail?
Oh I'll definitely practice and verify at 1000 and beyond. We'll see how it goes! Just 900 is a pretty realistic and obtainable goal for me.dont be afraid too shoot them at a 1000 ... customers have several confirmed kills at that distance with phenom results
100% confidence in a rifle is what you need in whatever bullet load combo for your rifle it makes a big difference when you put those crosshairs on an animal and know your more then capable of that shoot. I just did my first wildcat and happy i did made me learn some things and mistakes I made but it was fun. This thread has been some good info keep up the workDeer and elk. 100% a great learning experience so far. Learned how to fire form and that a TI action is potentially robbing me of extra FPS and showing early pressure signs based on other peoples experiences as well. Which would be fine, except I was shooting for a 10lb rifle, and my rifle is only 9.17lbs. So that exact difference would be if I just used a standard action haha.
