I use the Hornady 110 Max bullets, they've done great with hogs and deer.

I'm with mongo, I shoot a ton of hornady 110 vmax. They shoot well out of my 8" and have killed truck loads of pigs and deer with it. I have used the Barnes as well. They are killers too, but much more expensive than the vmax.
