I have 30 162 ELDM's loaded up in new Peterson brass with RL23. If I can get myself to the range, I will post the results. Too many distractions this time of year. The fish are biting and the weeds are growing.
I found it to get me about 50 fps more than 4831sc.I think he means slower as in lower velocity not burn rate. H4831 has been about 100 fps slower than R 26. I have some R23 but have been reluctant to try it as I have not seen any on shelves in a while.
That load will hunt!
We run suppressors on all our rifles and checking velocities there's a negligible difference certainly nothing of note speed wise.He would have gain velocity with the silencer on the barrel. A silencer generally increases velocity.
That for sure, H4350 is faster, and more stable too. I've been stopped in completing my reload shack in Montana for now. I believe that by late May I'll get back and finish it. To many fuction on my plate this last year. I think I will done with. it's making me travel across the country. If I am luck I will 2 other rifles built by then too.Take one step back to go to H4350 it's also very temp stable. It's faster than H4831. The other is I would use H4831SC than H4831. It flows better.
Here is Sierra data for their 175. Accuracy load withAnybody using the hornady 175 interlock. If so what powders. Thanks
