How's your 25-284 doing? Still running RL26?

Oh yeah, still using RL26. Thank goodness it's, (RL26) starting to show up again. I still have about 4 lbs. I'm pretty sure I can also use 4831SC just not the velocity of the RL26. Both powders made big ragged holes. I don't have any targets of RL26 groups. The only reason I have the 4831SC is because those were the first rounds out of the new barrel.

The user who chambered his Blake Barrel with the Blackjack Spec 25 SAUM reamer uses 2.945" COAL. There are others but they should be within +/- 0.020".

25 SAUM is a bad hombre.

Are they shooting this out of long actions and if so are there any feeding issues?

Our reamers are designed for SA Magazines for mag-fed rifles common to competitions. You can use our reamers made for that setup and then throat out longer if you wish to run long action and maximize capacity.

I'm actually pulling addresses right now. Some of the blanks will ship directly starting early next week.

Blake blanks are shooting very very well at LR.

I really wish I had the money to jump on the 25 cal bandwagon. Seems pretty optimal for the Creed case. Would like to replace my 6.5 creed with a 25 creed then build a 6.5 prc because I cant be without a 6.5 of some flavor. Does anyone know the approximate barrel life of the 25 creed? I'd assume around 1800 rounds or so? I've read 6.5s going south around 2500ish and the 6mms at 1200-1500ish

I'm gonna take a educated guess and say it's probably about the same as a 6.5 Creed barrel life.

Did some range work today with Starline LRP 6.5 Creedmoor, necked own with Redding .283 bushing. Found something workable for the moment, in the 41.9-42.1 range. Also need to put more through the barrel to see when and where it settles in.

Well, I use my own data input onto a blank Google spreadsheet and a modified scatter chart. I got it from Johnny's Reloading Bench and tweaked it from there for my use.
