Thanks. I did not measure him to be honest, he was a good buck for sure. Im gonna ask the taxidermist to measure him.

A little late to the show! But earlier this year in August: NM Public land, 78 yards spot and stalk. Started the hunt with a terrible flu that kept me just to glassing and short stalks for the first 3 days. But after belly crawling a little under a mile on this particular stock he got up to feed with a group of does right before dark and connected the 6th night of the season.

First big game hunt of the year, and first and only bighorn sheep hunt. Daughter and I had a grueling 20 hour day but it was an adventure every step of the way. The culmination of 39 days scouting and 9 days hunting. Now I have to wait almost a month for the first elk hunt .
Amazing! What a way to start! Congrats on a beautiful ram.
