Nice! I love my .35 Remington Contender as well. I used to hunt with it a lot and have taken a number of deer with it at ranges from "powder burn" to 200+ yards. Super accurate! Congrats!
I shot a 4X4 whitetail on Thanksgiving weekend. Sorry I have no pictures. But if anyone is real interested, I can describe how he tastes in my chili.

My Congratulations to all the hunters that posted here ,pictures and stories are great as usual. I hunted but not as hard as I used to ,one full day sit in a good Friends stand showed me the value of patience ,4 small bucks and and a small doe put on a nice little show for me and they all earned a pass. Sure is fun just watching them ,Cheers to the never ending hunt !!!.

Thanks! Savage is great for lefties, allowing us to turn all the 30-06s and 270s into something fun ourselves since the list of factory offerings is usually anemic.
That's the maiden voyage for my 110 in 280AI. A half an ounce under 7# with everything but ammo and sling.

As a side note, it felt very weird rifle hunting without a bunch of orange but I became more comfortable with it as I went.
