I bought a used Hoyt Katera last November that came with 16 Beman MFX (microdiameter) arrows and they have shot extremely well. However, this spring we've been doing lots of rock chuck hunting and the occasional lost or broken arrow really ****es me off when these things are $10 a piece.
My question is- have any of you noticed a real difference in accuracy when shooting a standard diameter arrow vs a micro diameter arrow? I know the micro's should penetrate deeper but has anybody used both first hand that can give me their opinions of both?
