If we were talking a display gun, Matt Roberts from MNR custom in Springfield VT makes some of the sexiest Safari rifles I have ever seen.
But this thread hasn't been active in a bit so I want to revive it and get a little weird and creative here, blend some old and new.
1) Sako Finnwolf but in stainless that has been cerakoted in armor black, in a custom carbon fiber stock or wood laminate with nice scale checkering, done in 338 Federal with a 21 inch barrel with factory iron sights intact. Warne Maxima base/ring combo with a vintage gun scopes restored Weaver V4.5 II or a nice Maven 2-10x38
2) Remington 7600 with a Boyd's laminate forest camo stock, stainless 20" McGowen Precision barrel, cerakoted barrel and action patriot brown, ghost ring sights with a hooded NECG narrow blade up front in your standard 30-06 with Talley detachable rings and a restored vintage gun scopes Redfield 2-7x33 (I am building this one as we speak!)
3) Remington 660, 21 inch, braked, stainless cerakoted midnight blue barrel, NECG half moon iron sights with sourdough blade up front, Boyd's platinum stock with fleur de lis standard checkering, heritage arms aluminum bottom metal, chambered in 350 Remington magnum.
4) Savage 99 in 308 Win, Boyd's Nutmeg stock with checkering, barrel cut to 20 inches, weaver imperial mounts and rings, restored weaver V7-II wide, action and barrel cerakoted in midnight blue while retaining the brass counter and case colored lever (this is being built also as we speak by Matt Roberts at MNR custom).
