I know your out there this morning... Good luck and I hope you see that same buckSo I am thinking 10,000 years from now, archeology excavation of this bog reveals a mighty primitive war was fought here from primitive arrow found.
I thought you said Elk hunt for the wife.....better arrange price for a Cow....with the rancher first!Nice job Muddy, best bow hunting of the season is just starting here in Southern MI. Good luck and post pics. Taking wife on her first elk hunt this week in Wyoming for a cow.. fingers crossed.
I have $33.00 buried in my back yard in a mason jar. It's my retirement fund.Yeah, Thunderhead broadhead $8, Black Eagle Rampage Pro 0.001 arrow $15, Glorynock $10 = $33 buried in mud.

1 degree this morning. Stay warm MuddySitting same spot from Tuesday, deer running all over the swamp. 72 degrees they don't care. Cold front coming in tonight. Hugh tomorrow low 40's. They sense the change I bet!
That's usually what the temp is here when they start rutting or worse. Two year ago it was 9- 11 below the entire week we spent in the Missouri River breaks. We did kill two nice bucks though. We did a lot of glassing from the Ranger. I like Muddy's temps better.
I hope you told him he's in the wrong place. So get in to stand over an hour before first light. Shooter standing next to it. Lovely.
